BODY ATTACK: Suitable for all fitness levels, a great program designed to help you get fit, stay fit and get fitter. The class will help you increase your metabolism through proven interval training, helping you loose weight and feel great! Simple moves with pumping music

BODY PUMP: A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscle! After an exhaustive study, BODY PUMP was verified by The University of Auckland as providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class.

BODY BALANCE: The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

ZUMBA: Latin Dance fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

CYCLE: 45 minutes of indoor cycling to music, great for fat burning and cardio fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

EXPRESS 30 MINUTE CYCLE: Ideal for beginners to advanced and designed to achieve a quick fix aerobic workout.

PILATES: Develops core strength, supports the spine, stabilizes the pelvis and increases mobility of the joints.

FAB ABS: A 30 minute express blast focusing on working your abs and strengthening your core.

THT: A class focused on working your tummy, hips and thighs! A class designed for everyone who wants to tone, get fit and feel great.

BOXING CIRCUIT: High intensity cardio work out, suitable for all fitness levels. Great for toning the upper body.

INNER BALANCE: Balanced mind body and health and fitness concept based on a combination of yoga, Tai chi, Pilates, Stretch and inner tone. A workout which will leave you feeling strong control, balance and calm.

YOGA: Releases stress from your body & mind, with relaxing exercises.

GLADIATOR CONDITIONING:A high intensity workout focusing major components of fitness. These include endurance, strength, explosive power, speed, agility, mental toughness, precision, balance and stamina.

FIT FOR KIDS: 7-13 year olds. Challenging and enjoyable way for children to experience the benefits of exercise in a fun and friendly environment.
