The level of expertise offered by our staff will be not found anywhere else. Experience our warm friendly and inviting environment with fully qualified and accredited trainers. All members have full access to all our wonderful facilities to get you fit and healthy.

Personalised fitness program
A Personal Trainer will welcome you with an initial assessment and a customised program for you to track your progress, all included in your membership price.

During your program orientation the trainer will show you through your program, the equipment and a tour of the facilities. We understand that this could be unfamiliar to you so we will book you in after a week for a supervised workout, checking technique and helping you maximise your program. Then every six to eight weeks you will receive a complimentary program review and reassessment to keep your routine fresh.

Along with our facilities you will have access to experienced staff and you can upgrade your workout at anytime with one of our fully qualified Personal Trainers to help reach your goals faster.

Gym equipment
The Ridge Health club provides the latest in state-of-the-art strength and conditioning pin-loaded weight machines, suitable for beginners through to the most advanced gym member. We also have dedicated a specific area for our large range of free weights including Matrix and Life fitness equipment.

No matter what your health and fitness needs are, the Ridge Health club is sure to have what you need to fulfil your goals.


 

Group fitness studio
A boutique atmosphere with a focus on time-efficiency and results, our group fitness studio is a stylish, dynamic and spacious area. Facilities includes the new Body Line Spin Bikes and Boxing Equipment. We pride ourselves on offering a vibrant exercise environment that is pristine, super spacious, cutting edge and friendly.

Women’s only training area
Our ladies only zone offers state of the art and the latest technology in equipment. Treadmills, mountain climbers, bikes, pin-loaded equipment and free weights all available in the area to create a fun and friendly environment.

Children’s creche
The Ridge childcare team are committed to providing a safe, friendly, fun environment for children whilst supporting our members in their quest for a healthier lifestyle. We provide a program that is age appropriate, that meets individual needs and reflect family values.

Our aim during each 1 hour session is to help children separate from parents feeling happy and secure, and to encourage incidental learning through many areas of play. In each session children are given the opportunity to experience activities such as playdough, painting, puzzles, blocks, sand, water, music and books.

Hours of operation:
Monday – Friday 9am -12pm
Session 1 – 9am – 10.30
Session 2 – 10.30 – 12.00
